Upon your returns request you will be sent a "Returns form and FREEPOST label", via your preference of either email or FREEPOST. You will need to fill out the returns form and send it back to us using the FREEPOST label. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), they will be inspected against the return claim and dealt with accordingly.

After 14 days you will no longer be eligible the money back guarantee. You will however be eligible for a circumstantial refund or store credit, amounting to the value of your returned items. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), they will again be inspected against the return claim and dealt with accordingly.

Our returns/exchange policy runs on a strict "Quality Control ONLY" basis. Your items will not pass our inspection process if they have been subject to accidental damage, damage caused by any of our couriers, (this will need to be addressed by yourself and the courier involved), damage caused by yourself, by animals in or outside the household and damage caused by children.
